[urq] Bad starter?

Found my original post from 2006 about this...not sure how it compares with
the factory-specified fix...anyway for what it's worth (and by
headlight-style, I mean Huw-Powell style; his guide to relaying headlights
can be applied to many other applications)

"I relayed mine headlight-style off the alternator using 12-gauge power
wire, 30-amp NO relay, 20-amp inline fuse, and the original power wire as
the signal"

I suggest this become standard upgrade for all urq's among others.
