Or cold start valve not firing properly. Could be wiring or the CSV relay
over the fusebox. Relay #10 is "hot start pulse", which fire the CSV
intermittently if engine is hot.
Zoltan, when you crank the engine and it is not starting, you should hear a
click-click relay sound from the fusebox area (or is it from the glovebox
area ? I'm not sure...). Frequency is about once a second for as long as you
keep cranking the engine.

Hot start problems tend to be vacuum leaks.
