I had constant hot start issues with every CIS car I've ever owned.
Every one was the result of vapor lock. ESPECIALLY when the government would mandate the lower boiling point oxygenated fuels. Ambient temp (i.e. summer) had little to do with it, although a 100 degree day on a scorching asphalt parking lot would make it worse. 
The work around I used was a binnacle mounted switch that would (temporarily - important safety factor here) manually run the fuel pump. Ran the pump for a few minutes - listened to the bubbling of "vapors" into the tank via the fuel return and they would fire right up _every_ time.
Worked great for me.
20V 3B = no more hot start issues! Love it!!!!

Is the pump running while starting? If not, pull the fp.relay and jumpwire the 
ump 
irectly while someone else starts the engine.
If it does start, think of replacing the relay. I have done this twice in my 
ife, 1 for 
he coupe and 1 for the urq.

i all my 82 urq is acting up lately ,after driving her for a while once a week 
fter 
hutting her off she does not wants to start.She turns over but stalls right 
way,usually 
fter many tries she starts back up.
hat u guys think,could my fuel pump relay be going bad,or what should i check?
