[urq] radiator fan switch

When I did my 20V transplant a couple of years ago , I noticed the fan
was almost alway's on . Even while driving at reasonable speed .
Iin those days all my airducts were gone , t his certainly had something to 
do with it . :) .

The audi 2 wire sensor switches iirc on at  98°C  and off at 93°C .
So I did some research and ended up buying a peugeot sensor .
It's a very ridgit one , same size and thread as the original .
This one switches on at 95°C and off at 87°C  .
Giving the fan a more "normal" behavoiour .
