They are 5x112, but they won't be hub centric (Audi wheels have a 57.1mm center bore, Mercedes are 66.6) You can correct that with centering rings- $10 or so on eBay. The bigger issue is they are typically drilled for 12mm studs- Audi uses 14mm bolts. Also fixable, but something you may want to have a machine shop do.
