[urq] How to quiet an EFIed 20V?

I used to run a cone filter on my EFI'd KH. You could hear the intake noise,
but it was subdued. I has the stock rubber elbow then about 8 inches then a
mandrel bend then the filter. Like others have said, I think putting a short
run of tubing between the turbo and filter will help.
