[urq] Spoiler Refinshing

I found an uncracked original (not necessarily easy) and had a local shop
repaint it. They just scuffed it well and used a flex agent in the paint.
That was about 2 years ago now and it's still perfect.I can check with them
to see what they usually use if that would help- it's unlikely they'll
remember exactly what they did after this long.
