[urq] True Short Shifter 016 Challenge

Maybe I'm mistaken, but the S1 style shifter should do the trick. I've seen one someplace before but don't recall where and since then have been unable to ever again find a picture of an S1 setup.. The geometry of the linkage surrounding the shifter lever in the car is entirely different, but I see no reason why it can't be used and should be able to be made to fit under a stock boot. 

I also have an idea at the transmission end of the linkage that would shorten left to right shifter movement without changing fore-aft.

One ASSumption I'm making is that the urQ 016 shifter is simmilar in design to the 5000.
