Dennis- 
  At the advice of my brother in law- a long time and award winning VW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover and Jaguar tech, I went to my local Sears hardware store and matched up every seal with ones they had on the shelf. Not a single drip, not a funny noise in the 4 years I drove the car afterward.I must have spent PENNIES on them! Probably not much more than two dollars.
