[urq] Urq speedometer swap into 4Ktq?

Direct swap.......unless you obtain a speedo from an '85 Urq, then you will need a later 4kq speedo cable that has the twist lock connection on the speedo side.
Beyond that, your US spec 4kq should have a 120mph speedo. You COULD try to source a speedo from a UK spec Coupe GT or B2 90q that had a 5cyl motor. Those cars have a 135mph speedo (this is what is currently in my 3B'd 4kq).
....and beyond that: if you buy an '83 speedo, you will have a white/clear pointer, where as your 4kq speedo will have an orange point. So, you would need to swap pointers or install a complete cluster.
5ktq speedo will not work. Won't fit in the cluster and it's electronic, not cable driven.
