[urq] Chrome removal from plastic

I can report that this method works well, but takes AGES. I probably used
12 double-sized jugs of bleach and it took 4 weeks. The results were
spectacular though. Clean white plastic. In conjunction with my pegasus
racing 4x6 intake that fits nicely in the inboard headlight of the quad US
set up, I have cold air fed directly into the V8's air box. At Thunderhill
this weekend the results were noticed....
