Hello Justin:

Assuming the stock URQ ecu, MAC 02..

Although I can't remember the source (or find a reference), I seem to
remember that the 'single spark on power-on' was a design feature of the ECU,
to help troubleshoot ign problems.  As it were, the 'single spark' indicates
that the ecu is getting powere and is outputting a signal, that the 'power
module' over the glovebox is good, and that the coil works.

So... If you are still not getting sparks other than that single spark when
cranking, I'd say situation points to the ECU not getting the correct
pin/ring gear/ hall sensors signals or timing.  I can't see how a CIS issue
would give you no spark, as is a totally separate subsystem.
