[urq] '83 UrQ non-start... need help, please

I'de guess by working on the clutch you somehow
pushed he distributor .
If it's off only a few degrees  you 'll have no spark .
The ecu doesn't' see sync between cam and flywheel sensors and doesnt know
when to spark , so it simply doesn't spark at all .

Try turning the dizzy  clockwise or counterclockwise a couple of degrees ,

Or better , put the engine on it's tdc using the markings on the flywheel 
and cam shaft pulley
and check the distributor allignement .

Also check the wiring and connector to the hall sensor .
That could also have been disturbed by working on the clutch
