The stock UrQ turn signal has the cruise functions integrated, so the listed switch is incorrect. However, the bigger issue as several have mentioned is that although the left stalk triggers the high/low switch, the switch itself is built into the right stalk- go figure. The correct part number for the left stalk with cruise is 857-953-519A 01C.
The broken part if you are experiencing problems with the high/low function is 331-953-519A 01C. It's still allegedly available new, ~$50 at genuineaudiparts.com. I just ordered one for a spare, so if they are available new there's one less ;-)
