[urq] Radiator shrouds

Folks-

Thanks for all the help on the speedo cable. Next on the
maintenance/rebuild list is replacing the original cardboard radiator
shrouding. It's been rebuilt with various types of tape and other
supplements to the point that I think it's more tape than cardboard, and it
would be nice to have all the cool air going through the radiator rather
than escaping around it over this summer.

Recommended sources/vendors?
