[urq] quattro branded floor mats

I complained and got a call from some customer service drone and we wasted each others time for a bit. I just can't think of any good reason why the license would be pulled for old cars. 1997 seems to be about when AoA thinks the brand began so why not allow a 3rd party to take on that piece.
