I think running 4 low-beams is not tolerated in many countries... not here
anyway (Canada).
In fact, the high-beam portion of an H4 bulb+lamp is wider and lower than a
true H1 bulb+lamp. This H1 is very alike a driving lamp, for very long range
illumination. If you use no H1 and 4x H4s, you'll lose the
complementarities.
I think you should seek very good quality lamps (you're talking of the 165mm
rectangular lamps of the early urQ ?) instead of more power or sources.
H4651 (H1) and H4656 (H4) are their part numbers. Many many sources on eBay
and everywhere. Don't drop HID bulbs in there, pattern is awful and will
glare all the incoming traffic. Unless the square lamp was designed to be an
HID, which is different.
