[urq] Front bumper bolt hole covers and driving lights.

I have a 1983 URQ and I am looking for front bumper bolt hole covers (two of them or more). The car color is that charcoal black.  I am also looking for suggestions regarding the installation of driving lights, using one of the switch blank on the dash.  If anyone has any suggestions or have been down this road before, I would appreciate any help.  Thank you in advance.
