[urq] Urq gauge cluster Foil

Hello
Does anyone have any detailed info about replacement printed circuit foil for the gauge clusters?  I ordered one from Audi Tradition via the only part# listed in ETKA and was told by 2B that it is not the correct foil when they tried to install.  Possible Euro vs US spec??  A bit disappointing being that was the only part# I found.
