I’ve just watched the “Truth in 24 II” film on Speed, and it is as good as last year film, if not better. 
There, you can clearly see the speed that these machines can attain. In fact, for those who follow F1 racing, the Endurance racing
is a notch higher in terms of corner speed (radiuses at Lemans are greater than on an average F1 track). And with more than 50 cars
on track, huge speed differential between GTs and prototypes, night racing, rain, bugs, it is clear why it’s the most fabulous race
in the world. 

Take the time to watch the first film. Truly amazing footage. 
Last year film (of the 2010 race) is available on youtube.

As for the second film, it’s not available on youtube yet (it will...) but it may be available elsewhere. Anybody knows ?

If you do find it, there are heart-stopping moments from two crashes. Bravo for the closed-cockpit decision, Audi. It saved the day.

And truly awesome driving from the young guns Tréluyer, Fassler and Lotterer. Montagny (Peugeot) show a less sparkling side of his
talent... but that’s racing.
