[urq] 3b wiring questions

In the middle of the 3b swap on my '85. Tail lights didn't work, so I
traced it down to a corroded terminal on the fuse box. Pulled the fuse box,
lots of corrosion on the bottom terminals (sitting 20 years with the cover
off the box, I guess). Replaced the 443 941 822 A fuse box with a "B"
version (made in Germany versus Singapore too).

Couple questions. On the "B" connector, I have several wires from the old
harness that don't seem to match to the new.

Two for the ignition coil (1, orange with yellow dots, looks like it came
from terminal 1 on the coil) and 15, one wire of two from 15 (black blue
stripe) heads into the car, apparently ignition power to the A/C high
pressure switch; the other must have provided ignition power to the coil).
Should I connect the terminal 1 to the 3B coil to make the signal for the
analog tach?

One for the O2 sensor heater, assume this is handled from the 3B ecu.

One 15A says for reverse light switch. Wiring diagram shows one leg to the
a/t starter lockout, the other to the backup light switch then to the backup
lights. Hopefully I will have backup lights when the transmission/engine
goes back in.

Lighting question. I'm building a relayed headlight harness and using
sloped euro lights. Are the euros internally wired to run both high beam
filaments (H1 plus high H4)?
