[urq] Clutch for 3B into 016 urq

Urq-83: I use a 3B std flywheel and the Sachs -999707 pressure.
It works with different discs. My disc is a 4-puck sintermetal w/o springs 
and is not pleasant for stop and go traffic.
(560Hp and 600Nm)
200 20V same flywheel and SA 999707 pressureplate but standard disc works 
fine with a slight more pedal resistance
and no slipping when used for dragracing (280Hk 440Nm)
