[urq] Wastegate "Chirp" on Rally, SCCA and IMSA Race Cars

Compressor stall always sounds cool. The best sound like this that I 
have heard came from a former boss's '91 Z-28 convertible with a Paxton 
supercharger with no blow-off valve.  It sounded awesome when you let 
the throttle slam shut; much like turbo compressors, but it lasted much 
longer.

Then again lots of "bad" sounds, like explosions, seem to sound good and 
can make you giggle.

So people ARE still on this list.
