[urq] servotronic do or don't

I put a servotronic rack in my 4kq, without the knowledge that it only
increases pressure to reduce steering effort at lower speeds... not
lowering pressure to increase effort at higher speeds as I had hoped.
Therefore I will be taking it out.. unless the servotronic solenoid
orifices could be modified to accomplish the second scenario I mentioned
above.
