[urq] Gas tank repair

Gas fumes being sucked into a device that has a constant high voltage arc seems like a bad idea. If you don't have access to nitrogen then fill it with water and then empty. That will safely push out all the bad fumes. When the water is emptied then the only thing that would enter is nice fresh air. Then maybe use the vacuum to help dry it.

The most effective repair is to remove it and then a soldered or braised patch (but fill the tank with CO or CO2 or water to purge the fuel fumes but the latter leaves a drying out problem after) . If the tank needs more than this then you are best getting a new Aluminium one made. A friend of mine did this for less than the cost of a new OEM tank (if you could find one) and also for peace of mind/longevity. Looks good too.
