[urq] Road and Track Back Cover

I just received my issue of road and track and on the back of the magazine is what I'm assuming is a new ad. 

It features a flying, full color UrQ rally car about two feet off of the ground, which here has been gray scaled and rendered on a white background. 

This is leaving rules in the dust. 

That's the tag line. And it gives a brief history description. 

It sure as hell took long enough for them to realize that we care about history, but at least they are using some better imagery. 

Does anyone know if they are still at the same ad agency as they were bak around y2k?
