[urq] Locking brakes

I'm not any help on the assumed master cylinder issue(s), but...
No one has mentioned this, so I'll just throw it out... I have had
experience with brake hoses that will collapse internally when removing
hydraulic pressure (releasing the brakes), interfering with the release of
pressure from the piston(s) and causing the brakes to 'stick.' I understand
that heat appears to be an issue with the problem being discussed, and what
I'm suggesting is probably unrelated, but I just thought I'd offer it up in
the spirit of food for thought...

Yes a known problem , but
what's causing it ?
There's no sign of wear or damage or anything out of the ordinary
to a "faulty" master cilinder .
