[urq] Locking brakes

$41.99 for a rebuilt one.

I have this exact item in my UrQ.  It solved the problem immediately and has been working fine for several years so far.

We have checked the lines. When the brakes lock it is all wheels and opening 
a bleeder is what I do to release them.
