[urq] WR Manifold Studs

Anyone know if the exhaust manifold studs should be put in to a specific torque? I know the nut securing the manifold on the stud must be but what about the stud itself? Also, should the studs be put in with threadlock or not?
>From these questions you can probably tell that my replacement of the head gasket has not progressed as expected given that I started it all months ago. I’m making a concerted effort to get it all back together to enjoy the sunshine. Yes, I did say sunshine!
