[urq] WR Manifold Studs

Thanks all for the response. I had put them in tight but not severely tight 
but following replies I went back and loosened them off. Turbo and manifold 
now attached to the head and back in situ but not yet torqued.

Studs finger tight no threadlock. Have to admit that I fit them finger tight
with a roller type stud driver.
Main nuts 35Nm, half nuts tight against them.
