 Just throwing it out there.
I am a cnc programmer operator at a mold making facility. We do a lot of prototype work for automotive world.
This would be right up my alley. But it wouldn't be cheap. The block itself around $200v+-'depending kind of aluminum. The car has a high level of detail. The first set up would be quick and easy, just holowing out the inside. The pictures show a fixture to hold the quattro for the second setup. That would also have to be made.
The pictures show 3 axis and 5 axis work for 2nd set up. Probably 8-10 hours 3 axis work. The 5 axis work would would finish the wheels, grill , rear and the undercuts. An educated guess at our place would be around $1800 to $2000.
Over my budget, but a designer suggested a SLA model, basically a 3d printer. He guessed around $500
for the quattro. That's if we could pry the cad file from Audis tight hands.
