[urq] Sorry for the rash of messages ...

I think Outlook has started to put messages from the server in my junk
folder, so I missed a bunch of posts copied from other lists by non-members
from a cross post.  Rather than toss them I decided to allow them to the
list.  As is my usual practice I added the e-mail of the posters to the
group (not subbed to the list though), so if they post in the future it will
not be queued .
