[urq] is this a pukka email?

The “sender” is shown as: “quattro-request at audifans.com”, I have not opened it but have viewed the content via “properties” and “message source”. I guess if it is not official output from Audifans.com all listers need to be aware and take care.

Can anyone help?
I am a fairly long standing member of the urq list and I have received an email purportedly from audifans.com that went direct to my junk emails. 
It is entitled: CONFIRM 1bed0d64d58349e3d6e0afa54798d5a......... etc
I’d really like to know if it is OK to open and reply to and that it is not a phishing email.
