[urq] kevlar timing belts

I think the real answer on the 10V WX Urq is "sometimes interference". You
could pop the belt and get lucky, or you could bend some stuff. I believe
that it has gone both ways in the past.

I did the timing belt, balance belt, water pump, rollers and idlers on a 87
924S this summer. I'll email you a bit more on that one off the list.
