We have managed to process about 9500 tons of grapes so far.  We are averaging about 500 tons per day right now.  Roughly 4000 tons left to go.

Unfortunately, I'm all too aware of the noises an engine makes as it processes an exhaust valve out the tailpipe.  Cool trail of smoke behind the car though...  I'm definitely doing the timing belt it's just a matter of easy (2Bennett and $) or hard (me with a big ass torque wrench and the famous 2084).

Are you going to make any wine this year or just work on your new toy?

Don't trust all of your  hard work on a 10 year old belt.

Maybe old is good for wooden wine barrels but not for rubber belts.
