[urq] Response from Audi re:Billet aluminum Urq models

 Sure has all of the hallmarks of a canned response from someone who did not want to own it so kick it upstairs, but worse puts it on "us" to contact their colleagues @ AOA Inc.  Really?!
The nature of the response itself does not reflect very well of the experience from "customer experience"....
