[urq] prepump filter

Won't work i'm afraid .
We'll need 1/2 inch inlet and outlet .

Smaller diamters can be dapted , but could cause
the fuel pump to cavitate .

Early cis pumps don't like pressure drops on the
intake side , I guess that's why the prepump filter has 1/2 inch
in and outlets . .
