[urq] tires and premature ageing

This is a great site for figuring clearances with different tire and rim sizes.  As far as shops refusing to mount tires, my independent wrench is fine with it, otherwise I'd bring in just the rims and tires and they have no reference point without the car for making any oversized/undersized judgement.
