[urq] Emergency window breaker/seat belt cutters?

Hey all,
Sorry for the tangential content, but I couldn't resist posing the question
to this group, considering the prevailing
quality/value/resourcefulness/judgement quotient.

Every few years I see these ( today browsing cyber-Friday deals on Amazon),
and then stall out on getting them. Especially with 2 child seats now that
occasionally suffer food/barf-gummed latches, I'd really like to have an
effective belt cutter. Likewise,  a customer review reminded me that
although I have a high level of confidence in my own ability to exit
vehicles, the pin hammer might help us come to another's aid someday.

Since most of us famously (and I mean this with love) overthink/research
everything, anyone want to dissertate on the right one of these to buy?
