Dear list,
I was wondering what might be the cause of thie following problem: the
digital dash and ALL main electrics (except the beams and blinkers) are dead
one moment and perfectly fine the next after pulling all the relays (for
good measure) and checked some fuses but nothing seem to be wrong. Sure
after the dash came back on had to reset the clock. Everything was fine
until I closed the hood and the dash/power died again. Pulled the same
relays and fuses and the dash came back again! I must say it has been
raining quit a lot lately so it could be moist related, but not sure what to
check or fix.
Any ideas? It drives me mad J

My first thought is a loose or broken major ground connection.
Seems like something that might be affected by the jarring of a seemingly unrelated act like closing the hood.

Can I just use super glue to reattach the mirror to the windshield or is
there something special about the stuff they sell that is specifically for
it?
