[urq] 1983 URQ

Good morning everyone.
I have an 1983 URQ that needs a A/C compressor. I am hoping someone on the  list can point me (via a phone No., etc) to a person or place to get one.  A remanufactured preferably, or a new one.
Also, I am looking for those grommets  that plug in the holes in the front bumper bolts (two on each side). I have two still on the car and look (feel like they are made of steel and not rubber).  Thanks much in advance.
