[urq] Donor for Suspension.

Folks been tracking my urq for years now but Really missing anti lock. What are the best years for donor 80/90 series car for suspension and anti lock. Is it 1990 and 1991 80 and 90 quattro only or can I do any pre 1995 type as well? Would I want the cast suspension with 2 piece uprights? Would I use my urq hubs and what bearings to use front and rear? Thanks for any help.
