[urq] '85 bezel Headlight switch HOT

I've had my '85 for 15 years/23k miles (now at 79k). Previous owner did
headlight relays. I noticed for the first time yesterday that the headlight
switch is HOT to the touch even when none of the lights are on.
Works/illuminates fine other than being HOT.
It makes me wonder if there is a short inside the switch? I don't have any
"ghost light" issues to speak of, so I am wondering how so much heat would
accumulate, even with the switch off. I'm wondering if some melting/fusing
of contacts may have occured within the switch prior to the relays being
installed and I am just noticing longstanding residual effects.
Given that I am -thinking- a new switch may be in order, does anyone have a
source?
Thanks,
Jon
