[urq] Euro Front Bumper Install

Thanks Mike and David,

It's been a while, but I believe that the bumper did have the mounts. I
remember it having 2 studs, opposed to the US bumper "shocks" having 3
(IIRC). Perhaps I am missing the actual mount.

I'm at work, so let me run over to the Part Dept to see if ETKA shows
anything. (Why haven't I done this yet?)
