[urq] Euro Front Bumper Install

I just pulled up ETKA for the USA and "Other" markets. I may be missing the
actual mount that attaches to the bumper. The NLA p/n for the bumper is 857
807 109. This is the part that actually attaches to the rail. I'll have to
ask him to take a picture of what he's trying to do. I may just have him
not install the front and I will do it myself. In the event that I am
missing something from this euro bumper, is there one floating around among
us?
