If you hadn't replaced the fuel filter that's what I'd be blaming. Is it an
OE filter or aftermarket? Some AM filters are able to deal with the pressure
froma CIS pump.
Check your fuel flow. Once from cold and then again as soon as the car has
stalled, I suspect you'll find quite a difference.
