This may not be directly applicable but Ned and Marnie came to the first ever QCUSA event I attended at Summit Point in what I think was 1995 during (one of?) their whirlwind tours. While he was there he "chipped" an 87 or 88 5000csqa that I had ridden in prior to and got to ride in after. I was an excited youngster back then but my SOP dyno noticed a difference.  At least I think I remember it did.
