[urq] compressor clutch issues

the compressor shaft is tapered , and so is the pulley .
It also has a key / keyslot milled in .
I doubt  you'll get it off without the special  tool needed to break
the tapered fit . Especially if it hasn't been removed  for ages .

If you can loosen it , there should be enough room to get it out without 
removing the compressor . .
