[urq] Fuel pump filter on 83URQ

I bought a set of filters for my "new" '87 300TD ... I hadn't looked critically at inlet and outlet diameters, but I plan to use a WIX 33006 on my car ...

I'm afraid it's no longer available anywhere .
And it's kind of an oddball , cause it has  12mm ( 1/2inch)
fittings . Most inline fuel filters are 1/4 to 3/8  ..

The fuel pump is gravity fed , and the restriction in the intake must be 
minimal .
Otherwise you'll kill the fuelpump in no time . That is why they used such a 
large
diameter intake .

 I've seen a guy who created a little manifold , and put 3 1/4 inline 
filters parallel .
Certainly works , but it's a lot of connections ..

This takes about 6 hours of machining , so it's way to expensive to build 
and sell them .
But if you have acces to a lathe or know a machinist .....
