[urq] 83 URQ manual transmission and differential oil grades

Hi Tony

I changed the manual transmission/center differential fluid to RedLine MT90 and the rear differential fluid to RedLine 75W90 about 15 years ago and am pleased with the result.  My mechanic, who also has an urq, commented that his transmission felt notchy compared to mine, which was much smoother.
